I've been a Praise Dancer for 23 years with a group of women. This is so inspiring and a blessing to know at 65 we can dance for The Lord no matter what age. Ladies you have blessed us and given us courage to press on as we age🙏🏾💐
What would we do without our Elders and I mean that they were on time and in step with each other I LOVE IT ❤ I wanna visit that church😊

This is what I saw. Physical exercise for seniors. Praise be GOD IS GOOD! Choreography that may help with brain function. Opportunity for bonding as a group. The valuing of the elders and their roll in the community. GOD IS GOOD!
