Thing is, if you are running at full speed even a small tripping that makes you plant your foot closer to you makes you tumble forward... kinda like running downhill
It just makes it harder to interpret the play. Dúbravka admitted he clipped Jota and felt that the final decision was understandable (didn’t directly say whether he agreed or disagreed). The only thing that was certain was that Jota dived (the late fall gave it away). The officials made too many controversial decisions against both sides.

With how Liverpool played in this game with referees NOT giving them free kicks and stuff and how they've been this season, I'd say they have a chance. My only reason and I may be wrong for thinking the second penalty was a penalty is because he wouldn’t dribble past the goalkeeper and dive infront of an open goal unless he was nicked by the goalkeeper, as well as the fact when you’re running at full speed almost the slightest of touches can knock you over 🤷♀️
Pretty sure I saw dubravka say it was a penalty but exactly that, the slightest touch is felt more when you go quicker
