Assalamualaykum In Shaa Allah I will share the tehari recipe. I strained the boiled rice in the colander for fried rice so that the hot evaporation goes off😊😊 and then I kept it in the fridge to cool down as for fried rice it is best to use pre cooked cold rice 😊😊🩷
