Most street foods has 3 things : 1. Crispy on the outside. 2. Soft and juicy on the inside. 3. A balanced taste on the inside. The complicated Laccha paratha is not that important. Even samosa tastes equally good. Even KFC crispy chicken tastes good. Tempura, Pani puri, Spring roll, fried momo and dosa also taste good. The food just needs to have an outside crispy layer. 😋

I use a little like 1-2 tsp of kewra water in the flour mixture. It gives a kick to ur egg roll.
