They probably didn't read the instructions. When I started playing I was playing with my friend and I didn't read the instructions and I went fast, then I saw my friend having huge cookies and she explained to me to go slow and it just helps. So yeah, you can't just hate like that.

Slowly scoop up the dough and ice-cream and you'll get a good score with doing that, doing it too fast will cause your scoop to be too small for the customer to eat. :P
