Once upon a time India was not supported in international forum because of two reasons one is secularism another one was not supporting any allied forces. It was difficult for my country to grow, but we grew. It was difficult to make nuclear test. Difficult to enter space industry. Infact Pakistan's per capita was more than India till 2009. But of all odds we grew. Think we have rivals in our neighborhood. India never started any war but still it didn't get support when it was attacked again and again. Telling today tat because it is big nation it is ahead easily, but it came at a cost of very very much. In fact on independence we had to give rupees 55 crores to Pakistan. When it was Pakistan Bangladesh war US was even ready to launch nuclear weapon on India where Russia saved us. Even today the west won't come to the rescue of India as always it supported the war against us.
