I got error (9) while trying to restore my iPhone 6 in iTunes. Per another video, I removed the screen, connected phone with iTunes (with screen detached), restored the phone with latest iOS update as new phone including firmware (I kept pressing the logic board with my thumb throughout the restore). It restored fully. I connected the screen and started the phone without fully closing it. It started and was able to set it up as a new phone including iCloud logins and 6 digit passcode. Restarted the phone. Once I enter the pass code, it goes back to the Apple logo loop again. Not sure why? I'm sure if I try to restore with iTunes, I will get error 9 again. BTW, the old screen was broken and I'm using a new screen (after market). Something in the new screen doesn't go well with the phone and I don't know what! I'm sitting with a pristine condition, 64gb BRICK!
This was my issue. I some how was able to restore the phone (I recall pressing the phone and may have gotten lucky with the pressure on the right place). But once I set my passcode, back to square 1 again. I think it has something to do with security setting. I was also able to restore one more time and I skipped the security code. When I setup finger print security, same thing happened. Now I am still trying to restore the phone. Just want to share this experience.
replace u2 ic solved error 9 ?? no way .. error 9 ,4013 , in bad nand chip .. how he done successfully error 9 because he heated up board and its gone throw .. i done more then 400 iphone 6 or 6p and more then 150 iphone 6s ..
Yes it is fucking weird that changing the USB chip can fix the error 9. WTF is going on here but G-Lon is a master we all know. Can u tell the WHAT THE FUCK is going on ?

its a nand flah issue need to repair it with system repair tool (hardware issue )

Apple Hardware Repairs Are you saying flash first goes to ram and from ram it’s written to the nand? It’s not direct from usb to nand?
