I think Lara sang slightly better but feel a bit bad for Kim, feels like her looks get in her way in a weird way. People probably think she'll always land on her feet as she's the full package but this is the third time she's not got a big break from what we know. I hope someone somewhere gives this girl a chance!
Ah, the old "The Voice" standard. Someone somewhere has royalties rolling in on this song. For me on first viewing, Kim did the better job, and I tweeted as much during the performance, but in my heart of hearts I knew Tom would pick Lara. Who am I to argue with the mighty Sir Tom, but I thought Lara's blind audition showed a distinct lack of control, and I thought I heard that again here. Her tone is nice, but on the live broadcast she didn't seem to articulate and communicate the meaning of the song, because it seemed she was always struggling to command her strength. BUT I watched this clip here and realised I was quite wrong. In fact, what I see and hear now is a great joining of two fantastic singers. Yes, there is some weakness in Lara's delivery, but probably because she is attempting more than Kim. No disrespect to either lady. Thanks for your constructive critisim. Im always learning & am strivin for better vocal technique for sure. Kim has so much control & a lovely warm deep tone. I think cause i tried diff stuff with the song that was liked but equally we both got our styles.... Shout out to Kim xx

Kim & Lara are both wonderful singers. Lara has a beautiful natural phrasing that I really like and Kim has a tone that puts her apart form most singers - I'm gutted she is out of the competition as she comes across as really down to earth and deserving of a chance to take her music further. Hopefully the exposure will do that for her at least!

This battle really made me cry. It was amazing!! Both sang with passion and really know what the song is about. Personally I think Kim should've won. But they are 2 of the best singers in the competition, and Kim has to leave now already?!?! If I owned a record company I would've signed her immediately! I wish the best for the both of you! :)

just seeing this battle for the first time and OMG! if i was a judge there is no way i could choose who won, seriously one of the best battles ive seen this year for any show. you two made tom tear up and that isnt easy to do so win or lose you both should be proud of yourselves. also even though lara won this battle in my honest opinion someone should sign you both to sing TOGETHER!
This song is my favorite song at the moment, it's on repeat, i think that it's even better than the original version. I just love Kim's voice, she's incredible, also like Lara's voice but i thought Kim should've won this battle. They both should be on the show though, it's so sad that there were no steals left because Kim definitely deserved one.

This was good, I liked Kim too on this one. Lara's voice is deep and her tone is amazing. I think Tom felt he could do more or go farther with her
