Don't get me wrong there are still plenty of reasons to go with the Nomad. But for long writing sessions, I think that you will enjoy the larger A5X2 screen more than the A6X2, for loads of reasons. Cheers! Let me know what you think! Here's the *Supernote A5X2 Manta* : supernote.com/products/supernote-a5-x2-manta?sca_ref=4915589.rferNaRlAM And the *A6X2 Nomad* : supernote.com/pages/supernote-lamy-special-set?sca_ref=4915589.rferNaRlAM (These are affiliate links, without the earnings that I can make from sales through these links I could not make this content, there is no extra cost to you. I would really like to see an in depth comparison of the Boox Go 10.3 and the Manta. I'm really stuck between which one. The durability of the Manta ceramic pen nibs, ad storage, and slightly newer tech (1300, etc...) is appealing on that side, but the Boox let's me have android apps like Google books which I use a TON. I don't want full tablet functionality with every single app available, but there are a couple that I would really like.
Waiting on your full comparison of the functionality of the A5X2 vs the Boox go 10.3 before I purchase. I know I want one, but I don't know what one yet...
Hey kit, can you try applying the feelwrite 2 film over the boox Go 10.3 and using the ceramic nib pen on the boox to see if the film+ceramic nib pen combo improves the writing feel of the boox? And how does it compare to the nomad and mobius screens of the supernotes? I saw the Vladamir Kostek did a similar thing by applying the feelwrite 2 film on the Remarkable 2 and used the ceramic nib on it, and that seemed to improve it’s writing feel for him, i wonder how would the boox Go 10.3 would feel with that film, whether that would improve it, or make it worse
Good comparison. It's hard to describe the difference in feel of the Mobius screen with FeelWrite 2. I've had it on my A5X for over a year and it's just so much better than the Nomad.
Hi Kit, is there a device in the format of the nomad or 7,8" size which is only b/w but with frontlight? Kind of a small kindle paperwhite but with additional notetaking option? Thanks
Thanks for answering my question regarding the writing experience. Interesting that the plastic vs glass can be felt, even if minor. Even these minor things add up as we put on thousands of hours on these devices.
I'm considering the Manta and this might be a tough question for you, but which pen would you recommend (can be Supernote store options or not) for lefties who write with a bit of a hook?
@@j0404t Hiya, not to sure but certainly eink tablets are good for lefties. I think you'll be ok with any supernote pens, but I'll direct you to Brandon Boswell for leftie eink advice! 🙂
Do you have a video compairing the boox tab ultra vs note4c regarding this same point? i would love to get one with better writing experience and I need to choose one of those
I'm sure I do somewhere. But I can tell you the 4C has the better writing feel. Couple that with better battery life, and the improved Kaleido 3 screen i think that's the one to go with. The Tab Ultra C Pro is a better processor and has the keyboard case but that's the main advantages there. 🙂

What other reasons to go with nomad instead?
@STORMFIRE07 the size, if that's a better fit for you. And the price. 🙂
Thanks for elaborating on my question! 😁 Can’t wait for more detailed comparison to the Go 10.3.

Side by side comparison of supernote a5x2 vs remarkable paper pro vs boox 10.3

Hey, I’m a lefty Supernote user and I’ve found any pen works just fine for me. :) I personally love the LAMY EMR the most.
Can you take notes on slides? Is the experience satisfying?
I would like a A6 with plastic screen, but the A6X3 would take ages
