I use rubber bands over my fingers to make piano practice harder. It works a treat.

@@ianpalopa3328 Example: Interlace bands over and through fingers and _practice_ octaves or trills. Remove when _playing_ , and the fingers + hands acquire much better precision and strength.

: 0 i am on the exact same level, its so awesome when you have front level stradle, because you start to feel cool with the movement, that finally you are close to your goal, that is only close your legs and you reach it :'D
Calistentics is what makes gives a person the most symmetrical physique. And you are pound pound stronger than anyone else

Well, maybe he's just starting out and hasn't developed the strength and stamina yet.
It's called a baby squat. Tom Platz also did these with his sets when his body was completely exhausted but he wanted to squeeze every bit of effort out of his legs.

If you can call that clean, I don't think anyone can do a oa muscle up that actually looks clean. Every oa muscle up I've ever seen looks like a struggle

This guy is one of the few calisthenic guys who do some exercises as purely as a gymnast. I like gymnasts for their clean performance, which is a lack in calisthenics.
Bro we still maintain good form in all skills, front, planche, maltese and all. Yea i know it is different on idk, maybe pointing toes or ngl i dont really know, but calisthenics athletes maintain that very good form too. You can explain to me but yea dude

it's been 8 months I am practicing planche now I am able to hold a little(nearly 1 sec) and andrea larosa was my motivation my role model in planche

@@kassiog.6595 he can’t planche. A planche is with straight arms and a perfectly straight body. All he can do is bent arm banana planches. He also has prosthetic legs so it doesn’t count. And he isn’t the strongest ziolus is

Today i bought rings, man cant do support hold for 3 seconds🙁
start with turned out ring plank
Get stronger in support and start doing small support swings and L sit and tucked L sit holds. Once you have a strong support you can start doing dips, try some pull ups, and If you're getting better at that,you can start training levers or handstands with your feet touching the cable's/straps
