Hi apu first of all many thanks to watch my content. It’s a great pleasure that my content’s draw your attention. Most preferably winter is best time to have hotpot. Even during heavy rain if weather is under cool temperatures you can have hotpot. I suggest don’t have it during extreme hot weather conditions.
But it’s available round the year.

@@surjokonna1492 broth e dip korle taste almost same .. broth ta to mainly for food boiling purpose. .. meat soft hoi apni jodi seafood and meat item gulo minimum 8-10 minutes boil koren onek beshi soft hoi .. r hotpot er main taste to sauce base e .. almost 15 items er ekta sauce base ache eigula eksathe mix kore then food gula dip kore khete onek moja lage ..
Hotpot ekta different experience and fun.. onek time niye gele food enjoy korte parben .. so ami Amar experience onujayee bolchi
