I just checked it out and on his post "31 Oct 2016 10:27 am". appears a list including "Under the Double Eagle".
You might want to contact him and ask him...

Hubert, Thanks you very much. This is the arrangement I learned from a non-pedal steel player when I started playing steel guitar.. I always liked the arrangement, so I've never seen any reason to change it.

Thanks Don, I think I'm remembering right, I was using a Goodrich 120 volume pedal, straight into a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe Amp , mic'd with a Sennheiser 609 into a Korg D888 recorder. I may have added some onboard reverb in the recorder. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER SOLD THE PUSH PULL!
