Completely misses the Black Diamond section on Monongahela, from the bridge to the city borderline, turns around at the New Eagle post office, still more of New Eagle to go, finishes in Carroll Township, neither Monongahela or New Eagle.

Aint really anything to do in our little town but its a nice place to live!

How is the crime rate in Monongahela and are there any universities or colleges in that town?
