All of your makes are stellar, but the yellow dress is drop dead gorgeous on you !!💛💛 I appreciate your transparency with the zipper. It’s all good girl 🙌🏾💛
Beautiful makes. You look great in all of them. For your invisible zipper, please go to Mimi G’s tutorial 😊 it is awesome. I’ve done tons of them but until I watched her doing it, it wasn’t easy. Mimi G’s way of doing zippers including invisible is easy peasy
Wowwww why didn’t I think of that!? I’m practicing buttonholes now so if I’m successful, I might swap the hook & eye for two buttons instead 🤞🏾 Thanks for the suggestion! ♥️
That pink dress is divine on you! I will say I think it's excellent that you did line as instructed; that adds body that you want in such a lightweight, slinky fabric. Anyway! It is everything! It doesn't look too tight at all.
I love that you threw the lime faux fur in the trash. I’m working on getting that free with discarding fails. I spend waaaay too much time trying to save my fails. Example: I applied iron interfacing to the wrong side of a knit dress. I was already using two fabrics to make one dress so there was no scrap I could recut. After a month, i cut the dress into pieces and stuck the pieces in my scrap box. Thank you for sharing that experience.
Thank you for sharing! I just want to enjoy the joy of sewing, but sometimes I should probably give a task a little more work before I discard it 🤷🏾♀️ I’m sorry to read that happened with your dress.
This video really makes me smile. You rocked it all. You know what looks great on you and all your latest final pieces look amazing. So sorry the lime green fur monster had to go. It happens. Cheers, Ardith
I like your videos they're fun. Your makes are beautiful. I love that you use affordable fabrics and patterns. I shop at Hobby Lobby and Joann's, too! I love how you are concious of costs. I can relate to your videos. I hope your channel continues for long time.
Love this video. Don’t you feel so motivated when a garment comes together in just 1 day!!! ❤. Also, if you need a refresher on how to install an invisible zipper check out a video by Sew Anastasia. She makes it look very simple and with a bit of practice, you’ll get much better ❤
You are soooo talented! You really know how to pair your pattern/fabrics really well. They are all really nice! I love the coat! I recently did a jacket with a lining for my very first time! You’re on a roll! Love your channel! Great makes!😊
Just found your channel and subscribed. Love your work and it's good to have the cost breakdown. Absolutely love the white coat, and so inexpensive. Cannot wait to see what you do next.
Thank you for showing that you are human showing us your zipper. So many people only show perfection which is the illusion. We all make mistakes. We are human. 😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Look forward to see your many creations Btw where do you find your patterns so cheap?! $1.99???😮
So true! And thank you for appreciating my vulnerability! If you live in the States, JoAnn Fabric & Crafts occasionally have the Big 5 commercial patterns on sale for as low as $1.99 each.
I love your energy! But don’t throw fabric in trash. Cut it up and upcycle or find businesses in your area that recycle. Especially since you will always have fails. I’ve been sewing for 40 plus years and still make fails😅
I really enjoyed your video. Not all makes are successful. Thanks for your honesty! Love your cost breakdown. Great video. Happy sewing.
Thank you for watching and for your kind words ❤️ I appreciate your support 😊 Happy Sewing!

I made 6 makes too and posted about them here today as well. LOL I really love that pink number. Well done on your first lining projects!!!
Thank you! You too! ❤️
You can also add two small round buttons and button loops at the top of your yellow dress.

10 weeks post partum and finding time to video.
You rock girl 🤩
Yes! Thank you! 😊 I find its soothing and therapeutic for me. My husband is the best in supporting my hobbies and helps tremendously around the house.

Woowwww I love that! That just made my day! I know your dress is looking beautiful so far ❤️ Happy Sewing!
@@weceestyleit can out really good, not perfect if you look up close but my family and friends can’t believe it’s my first make.
You did an excellent job sis , it looks 👀 like an expensive fur coat
Thank you so much 🤗
I use a composition book to track all my sewing, what book are you using?
I have the links to the journal and memo pads that I’ve been using in the description box 😊
So lovely!! Do you use a serger?
Thank you! No, I recently purchased a serger but I haven’t used it.
Thank you for showing that you are human showing us your zipper. So many people only show perfection which is the illusion. We all make mistakes. We are human. 😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
