I don’t think the bunny aliens colonized the moon I think they’re from the moon. Supernatural is a Japanese release and in Japan (not sure if in Korea also) there’s an idea of there being a bunny in the moon. That’s the reason why Sailor Moon’s name is Usagi(bunny in Japanese)

Minji's power is most likely altering/erasing people's memories. She said that when she tried to make friends the people close to her ended up leaving her behind and that could be because she's erasing their memory of her. When she pulls the guy away from Hyein to talk to him we don't see him come back with her or acknowledge Hyein again in the storyline. This fuels Hyein's nightmare that Minji is stealing him away from her as he no longer pays attention to her and by the end they're watching him comfortably while he is unaware of their presence. This could also explain why her and Hanni started arguing, it could be Minji's job to erase the minds of humans to always keep them safe but since she wants to be accepted and not worry about exposure this puts their safety in jeopardy. This would also explain why Minji was casually doing a big photoshoot she doesn't seem worried about being found out.
Thanks to this theory, the MV was so hard to understand since many things happened but in disorder so you couldn't follow what was happening unless you rewatched it many times. I didn't notice the recycling theme or the eye satellites. You've got good attention to detail. I feel multiple stories are going on at once: A- Newjeans in a sitcom (At the start we see Danielle and Hanni watching the Supernatural opening with Newjeans) B- Newjeans as Aliens (The main storyline with Minji and Hyein) C- Newjeans as performers (Newjeans performing on TV) It's like there are many versions of them.
In regards to the zebra, American author Philip K. Dick in his book called VALIS describes visions of a pink beam of light that he calls "Zebra" and interprets as a divine revelation exposing hidden facts about the reality of our universe, and a group of others join him in researching these matters. One of their theories is that there is some kind of alien space probe in orbit around Earth, and that it is helping them in their quest. Also the zebra in the MV has a star on its forehead as to symbolize that it came from the stars, it's literally a "message from the stars".
This makes a lot of sense as this interpretation is directly related to aliens and their good intentions. Of course, the makers of the Supernatural Mv might have intended multiple hidden meanings and cultural references.
Very interesting video and great analysis... i noticed the invasion but wasnt sure what it was about.. it makes sense now.. also i noticed in the first video there seemed to be constant timeskips from them in 80s clothes and holding 80s mics to flipping between wearing current clothing and holding smartphones.. this ties in with what you say as i beleive it shows they have been on earth for around 40 years... the normal looking tower at the start is in the 80s and the takeover and bunny tower at the end would be present day. heres where my theory differs though a bit and i will include the metaphor i beleive in this as you didnt mention possible metaphor in the video... yes they are all aliens..... the argument i beleive is they have already been exposed as aliens not that are making a decision on whther to reveal themselves... the bit where haerin and minji run off set after haerin seemingly accidently uses her powers causing everything to shut down is possibly the moment that they got exposed as aliens.. now the humans are after them... so now they need to leave back to their home planet... Hyein is the problem as she doesnt want to leave as shes fallen for the boy... the argument at the start is hanni saying we have to leave right now.. minji argues we 5 are 1 meaning they arent leaving without Hyein. (when she says we are bound to each other i dont think its in a literal sense... more in metaphorical way like.. newjeans arent complete unless all 5 are together) This is why Minji is constantly trying to split the two up... the conversation on the boat between Minji and Hyein seems to convince Hyein to leave with them as after we see bunny hyein holding onto minjis hand as she leads hyein onto their spaceship. Also being aliens i believe is a metaphor for idol life 'idols' are continually under scrutiny from the fans and the slightest mistake (haerin makes the 'mistake' of accidentally revealing her powers to humans) and the netizens (or humans) are attacking them with hate... and also (most) idols cant just jump into a relationship whenever they like as us 'normal' people can.. they have to comply to a certain image and also relationships could lead to a lack of focus in their duties as an idol and extreme situations like leaving the group.. in the video hyein is prepared to leave the group and stay on earth with the boy... again minji we 5 are 1 is not going to let this happen. Its a take on the importance of idol groups staying together and having only each oher to depend and rely on. The we 5 are 1 thing is probably also alluding to them performing as a 4some recently for quite some time while hyein was out.. saying weve been incomplete without her or something along those lines. (depending on when this video shoot was completed of course) Theres something going on with the throwing of the cans as well.. are they beer cans? does the boy have a drinking problem? is that what minji points out to hyein on the boat and hyein sees it for herself.. is that what convinces her to leave him? (i'm glad you noticed this as well.. my initial thought was the drinking problem rather than littering) i think this may be the case as well but newjeans all being under 21 can't be promoting underage drinking so i think they rather just alluded to it... the official stance on it is he is 'littering' but he does look drunk on the boat. Also Danielle has storm powers so she is manipulating the weather so she can live on earth as a succesful weather girl (theres probably metaphor in there but i havent figred that one out, maybe something to do with how the idols we see on screen can manipulate us into thinking they are something that in reality and off screen they arent... i dunno)
