Designated as the Cradle of Astronauts, Purdue has 27 alumni who have traveled to space. Chances are, when humankind makes its way to Mars, a Boilermaker will be in the lead. As an instigator of progress and a place for adventurers, scientists, dreamers and doers, the university imagines #TheNextGiantLeap in “Boilers to Mars.”
