Glacius is a character from a fighting game called Killer Instinct. Originally, the first game came out in the 90's, but they have a new game, which is a reboot, that was released on November 2013. Until today, the company "Iron Galaxy" are still making updates and promos for the game. In fact, the game is in it's "3.5 Season", so expect classic characters and new characters in the roster. In fact, they got guest characters, which were Rash from Battletoads, General RAAM from Gears of War, and the Arbiter from Halo. Aaaaand that's all the information I can give. As for the next battle, Sub-Zero is indeed from Mortal Kombat, but there have been 2 Sub-Zeros over the years. The original, known as Bi-Han, is kinda dead now and became a different character in the series, so for this fight I believe they'll be using the younger brother, Kuai Liang (who's far more powerful anyway). Glacius is one of the signature characters of the Killer Instinct franchise, and has been around since the first game. In addition to being an expert cryomancer though, he's also a high level telepath, can control his molecular structure at will, and create any kind of defensive shell out of the environment itself. The only downside is that he doesn't have much in the way of canonical feats, as all feats are essentially left to the player's choices in the Story mode =/

Or you could wait for the anime XD. Actually yeah, the Fairy Tail anime is only 1 or 2 arcs behind the manga. And the magna itself is on the FINAL arc of the series. So within the next year or so, Fairy Tail should be done.
I've actually seen both of the anime's, in English dub of course. For Fairy Tail, I saw it all the way up till I finished Zero. For One Piece I saw it until Luffy started training to use Haki.
Ah. I had to give up on One Piece XD. Because, as a kid in the early 2000s, there was the 4Kids dub of One Piece (which I realize now is extremely mediocre), but they let the rights expire. Then FUNimation bought the distribution rights to it, and they did their own dub, so they had to start the series over.
