We are very excited about these new Anti-Foams. We have been working on this design for over 2 years now, and through a lot of testing we finally have something we believe will make a big difference in the RC world. This product is 100% made in the USA and even the special filament we use is made here in the USA.
These remind me of the memory foams I’ve used in the past, but without the sidewall roll. Are any chances of other sizes being introduced? I’d love to try these for my 1.9 rigs that that run 4.20” and 3.85” tires as well as in the 2.2’s my Comp and Night Crawlers!
The age of thermoplastics and 3Dprinting is revolutionizing the RC WORLD...fantastic product ! And if in one hand we see companies pushing inovation and engineering to a all new level, on the other, average "Joe's" experiment different approaches to the same problem. Ever tried hair buns as tire inserts? Cheers mate Keep it up
I'm impressed. If I ever get into class 2 and get competitive, I'll try them. Right now I am more into rock bouncing, unlimited class and trail trucks.
You should see how they do rock bouncing, I think since they’re 2nd stage is harder than foam it could take a ton of shock out of your impacts. Might even be good for mid speed bashing when it comes to shock absorption, as long as they don’t expand too much
Yep! I've been using TPU tire inserts of my own design and creation for a couple years now. It's a little more pricey but the Colorfab 'Varioshore' is great for this. They work better than traditional foams in every way. Waterproof and infinitely tunable. If you have a 3D printer make your own and experiment with infil patterns and inner and outer diameter. Totally kicks ass.
A couple of years??? I’ve been in RC’s fir 40 yrs. not doubting you btw. But I’ve never seen anything like these. I’m blown away by reading this. Really. Although. My closet hobbie shop is 50 miles. Lol I have to do all of my shopping on the net. So I don’t see a lot of different stuff early.

Awesome I will be trying Some of these myself, I hate that tire roll on side hills, appreciate you sharing I’ll be following for more, love your videos they are always awesome until next time
Once you get enough for a few pairs of tires you should do stock foam vs anti foam vs anti foam with tuning rods. Things like max side hill and frontal hill angles would be interesting to compare, especially using the same car with very similar wheels and rims (if not the same wheels/rims if you have multiples 😂) 10:20 that control, the foam and tires not rolling on themselves, is really impressive. Goes right where you want 😎
I was wondering how those things worked the pics looked they would be extremely stiff. I am very surprised on how soft they are I definitely wanna get me a couple sets of this. Very impressive!!
GAME CHANGERS !!! Period! I didn’t know anything about these. I’ve been thinking foams wouldn’t last long with the last jump in material sciences changes being so new . I have a roll of that tpu I think I’m gonna try my hand at designing a set. It’s durable stuff it will last forever if it’s kept dry. Compliments to the printer operator. His settings look perfect
@RC CRAWL I can just make my own. Iv gotten proficient in 3D modeling over the last year and 3 months. I’m not paying 40 for a set when I can print my own set for like 6 dollars
@RC CRAWL it only delaminates if your extrusion setting is too low and if your temperatures are too low. I worked out how to print tpu in less than half a roll. The only materials I can’t print with are abs and petg
The review I'm looking for, awesome product, I ordered the dual stage ones for my Gen 8 because it weights 7 and a half pounds, definetly a game changer!
I think, this will be the Future, replacement for foam... Good for "Side-hilling", now you don't need hard tire sitewalls... Tire rubber could be allways soft(?) 🤔
Great video definitely changed my mind about these things. When they first came out I was not in favor of them but after this video I think I am going to get some
I need to try these out, I have the proline dual stage foam but I think they are way to large and stiff for my little sub 3 pound rig. I love the stiffer side wall (no tire roll at all) but I need more flex to conform to the terrain better.
PLEASE! Make a head to head test bitween (for example) TRX 4 DEFENDER (or AXIAL SCX 10 III) with "Singlefoams" vs. "Dualfoams" vs. "Antifoams" at(in?) the same tires and same rig... Ride on and Pull the trigger! 😎
Wow I'm really surprised how good they did. Wonder how they would do on my Gen8v2? Next question I do alot of dirty trails so how are they going to do under those conditions? Definitely looking forward to seeing what's next for the anti foams..
Those things look awesome reminds me a bit of the new no air car tyres due to come out in 2025. Think I may have to pick up a set as the stock foams in my pro line tyres just get crushed by my heavy trx4.
I might switch the ci’s out for these.. do they have them n 2.2’s? And I think they more they get used they will soften up some..and wonder with how u have them set up.. I wonder how they would do on a heavy vehicle? My ci’s might go into the wife’s 1.9 wraith
Please can people stop saying this is my idea and 3Bros and Alex have stole it. We both came up with different ways of making them work and I really like the tuning rod idea! Please enjoy the video and be happy that you can actually buy this style of insert.
