I've found success going AP on-hit Nami. You do a lot of damage, but even if you feed or don't do well, you're useful to the team because you still have AP for you support abilities.

Kalista is supposed to be an early game pick, and still loses 1v1 against ad nami, and there is still people that doesn't think adc are the weakest role
@@andrixproto46 Kalista has amazing earlygame but her W literally gives bonus damage from attacking the same target as your oathsworn ally. And Kalista just murders you if she gets just a bit ahead

That Kayn was smart, he went for the biggest threat, the fish in top. Because if Kalista lose to Nami in top, you know it's serious, or the Kalista is that weak and you need to babysitt top the entire time.

As a person who unfortunately really really enjoys playing Nami as an ADC. I'd like to help out where i can and provide a little of the wisdom I've accumulated over the years. You're on the right track for maximizing her damage output while your opponent is CC'd I'm just worried that E max with electrocute and botrk is too burst-oriented for a character that doesn't have any scaling, and in my experience tends to leave bruisers too healthy to continue fighting after your CC wears off. I do really like the botrk choice for top lane, but would like to recommend trying W max with PTA, and Essence Reaver with the same 2nd and 3rd items you were using. It still provides the 3 hit burst damage you were getting before, but has the benefit of giving your W more agency using presence of mind, biscuits, and approach velocity to extend your mana pool, effective engage range, and follow up damage.
I don't mean to back seat game if that's how this is taken. Just a fan of the idea, and have been doing it for a while... AD nami has been a rollercoaster.
