Medoacks in bodybags, and filling up on dropped food would be normal playing for duration. But you kept skipping chances at taking them early at airfield. Especially after backpack upgrade.
Being full means healing faster too and blood replacement.
Doesn't it?
I know going red food or water kinda cancels stealth too.

To touch on a question you asked about God , evolution and the many races. You ask how do you explain the different races and languages ect.
In the Bible it says that when man fell from God grace and sinned. That he divided the House of David into 40, and amongst that 40 he gave that all a tongue in witch they all spoke but could not understand one another. Then God scattered them amongst the earth. And that is how we became so different and spoke different languages. Or at least that's what I was taught in Bible school as a kid.
