      Back in the day, apartments in L.A. usually came with no appliances at all. Many still don’t, especially in older buildings with kitchens that haven’t been remodeled. That’s commonplace.

    Apartment #2 is a studio. They can’t legally advertise it as “one bedroom” unless that “bedroom” has a closet. Red flags galore!! 🚩

      Technically some states(CA is one of them) a bedroom doesn't have to have a closet to be considered a bedroom. In this case Apt #2 does have a closet though. The closet is the sliding mirror doors🙂

    $1600 , or even $1800 is so cheap. 3x the rent means that this couple's income to qualify would be around $65,000/yr ( $32,500 each) The average income in CA is $90,000. They are really looking at the low end of LA housing. The overbudget place at $1810 seems the nicest.

    Come to Los Angeles and you can rent 1-3 Bed room at $680 - 1050 at Burbank we have apartment available for you.
