The more I listened to Corrosion theme, the more I start to like it. It definitely went for being close to Silly Billy in terms of build up and how the song is structured. You can hear and pick apart many different motifs of the song, and you forget that it's even six minutes long. Also, I had the beginning motifs before the world decay segment be stuck in my head a few times. I too also felt a bit of a sad emotion when realizing it's in a dire situation that is likely irreversible and you're watching the last of your friend wither in front of your eyes.

"aethos" is really cool because it's a very 'structural' idea. You can do a lot of different stuff with just "The last third of the song has a vocal segment." A lot of people are including the idea of an opponent that's a corrupted version of a character, and I'd argue that's because a lot of creators in the scene were pretty used to the EXE scene before. As the trend continues I expect people to branch out and try more things with the idea! It's so exciting.
I am sorry, but that "Do you know what you're going to do?" and the sparkle before the sentence just adds the cherry on top. And then the "Because it's true..." adds the whipped cream. I am hungry now.

I know I’m late, but MAN did this mod surpass my expectations. The art and animation is really good and show-accurate, there’s a proper backstory, and the artstyle changes are the best executed I’ve seen yet (the transition to the third artstyle legitimately caught me off guard). The song is just fantastic too. The use of motifs from the show is great, the lyrical segment is well done and feels like there was thought put into it, the song slaps throughout and doesn’t feel like it drags despite it being over six minutes long, and it legitimately gets emotional (A Minor really does hit different). The fact that this mod was made by just one person is insane. This is without a doubt my favorite Aethos parody.

Based on the gameplay, it would seem everyone died except for Phineas. So I would theorize that some Summer Fun thing P&F did either malfunctioned, OR possibly a combination of Doof's inator AND it collided and caused a massive explosion. Phineas was somehow spared, maybe the machine they built had a single occupant part in the ride and he was riding it at the time of destruction or something.
