Well actualy the REAL make up artist done this. It's for the oil skin. It' set the foundation better.
Scott McGoldrick the makeup artists use this kind of technic for the performer when they do stage. Maybe it will being time to go back to school, teacher.
This was daily makeup. It wasn't stage. In natural sunlight the texture would mess up as soon as the foundation oxidises.
