8.5mva,11kv/150v, water and oil both cooling system,arc furnace transformer.
Problem:- Buchholz relay trip repeatly because of (air) not (gas).
** It have two oil pumps, when one pump is on and one is off then Buchholz relay release some less air as compared to when two pumps on.
**Then we chenge one pump which take more air as compared to another,also change the cascade but problem is same,Buchholz consum air continuously.
*****Any electrical engineer can say that what is the problem????
