You guys got the lap of luxury here because when I went to that college before it was renamed to TRU from 94 - 96 and the only on-campus dorms at that time were the McGill student housing the room was so small and my bed felt like I slept on a slab of concrete and the only stove I had was a tiny 1 burner hot plate
Thanks for the video. I have a question. I will be thankful if I get answer) Can the family members of international student rent a room from this accommodation? Or is it only available for students?
Hi I checked 3D video of same accommodation but there is no storage area on the top? Is 3D video old one and this uploaded video is latest renovationss
How can I apply here please anyone help me.there is available scholarships for foreign students .what type of requirements need to get scholarships. Advanced thanks Stay home Stay safe 🇧🇩❤🙂
@Water Okay nice to meet you. I ended up going to North Tower instead of east village. In my dorm, we have mostly 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom spaces. Private rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom. They don’t interview students. You just have to submit the documents required of you and wait for a response. I haven’t experienced racism so far.
To be completely honest, housing at East Village is not good. There are a ton of issues, the water gets cold at times and youre stuck having a cold shower. I have had to send multiple maintenance requests because the shower gets clogged quite often. The floors are so dirty - there are alot of black spots and discolouration, I have had to wear slippers in my place the whole time (also shower slippers because the washroom floors are the dirtiest floors I have ever seen). There is no dining room unless you get the two bedroom suites (which are only available all year round - 3 semesters). the kitchen is so run down and quite small, the fridge specifically is so tiny, you cannot share that size of a fridge with 3 other people. Also the newly renovated floors are only in some of the buildings at east village, not mine, which is quite unfair considering i have paid the same amount and have the old disgusting floors. They also get you to pay a $100 fee if you stay over winter break, or a 50$ per day if you come back a day early. I would recommend having a tour of the place before you decide to live here.

@Water Hello…yeah I’m in the uni now

No there are no AC’s in the dorm. But we don’t need them anyways, you’d want to buy a heater instead.
@Water we're on the same page. So what are the questions you were asked? Pls help a sister o
How much it costs

Where are the first year students housed?
Yes please do tell us
Hi Do you recommend to live
in North Tower?
Yes, this place is a dump.
@@Kevin-su5bj If you have the money, go for it but even North Tower has a bunch of issues and they keep increasing the price every year.
