Sometimes he uploads high elo games, but he explains this from time to time: high elo games are often not content material, a lot less interesting and that is not good for someone who uploads 3 videos a day across all channels. Even if some people are interested in high elo climb usually those videos don't do as well, so it's really not worth it for him to upload them regularly.
Think about it this way, Zwag has said before that he has to play several games for one upload often times due to either the game not being interesting or someone being just straight toxic and ruining what could have been a good video, all of these games he's commentating over live. It's already a stress for him to do this daily but if hes in a game where there are higher skill players It's not only not good content but he's also having to play even more games for good clips and such.

Cut down was changed in split 2 (2024), now its Passive: Deal 8% increased damage (except Hybrid penetration true damage) to champions above 60% maximum health. Its one of the best runes 😀
