I don't think they would nerf oreo, they could increase the item cd or make the 0.2 secs each 10 wis become 0.2 secs each 15 wis or something like that but they would never make oreo give armored like Cshield is now, oreo is way harder to use then Cshield

Also oreo was 3.2 secs due to oryxmax buff consumables thats can only be obtainable on an event that happen once per year
