Such a helpful lecture. Sir I have multiple independent variables (representing service quality), 1 mediating variable, and 1 dependent variable in my research. How do I incorporate multiple independent variables in process macro? I have run mediation using process macro on each of the independent variable and they all independently show full mediation except 1 which shows partial mediation. Is that the correct way to handle multiple independent variables. I do not want to increase the number of mediation hypothesis and want to handle serv quality>Customer satisfaction>brand loyalty via 1 hypothesis. Need help

What to do when we have multiple iv (sub iv),
If thare is linear relationship between iv and dv, mediator and dv but not between iv and mediator, can we run mediation analysis especially when tthere is moderated mediation??

Hello sir. When BootLLCI and BootULCI, these two values are negative?
Ex- BootLLCI is -.4318 and BootULCI is -.0234 then?
You need to see if zero lies in between the upper and lower values. If it does then the relationship is insignificant, and significant otherwise
