Simplifying, illusion is what is not happening, we project that, through repetitions, mostly of eternal mental movements. We cannot wait, we see the flower before it blossoms out, we start praising something future. That is valid to every aspect of our lives. Thanks for the video.

Reality as it is is a fact. If one is hungry, that hunger is a fact. If one is not hungry but thinking about hunger, that hunger is an illusion. Thoughts are the vehicles that separate reality from illusion.
