- Hi Guys hope you enjoyed this blog - sorry if some of you found it boring as we didn't do loaaaads & we were just spending quality time away together! nether the less still wanted to show you what we were up to!
HOTEL: MOTEL ONE
Places we recommend:
-Anne Franks house (book in advance to avoid queue)
- Adam Lookout (swing)
- shopping in and around Dam Square
- Sumo sushi and grill (theres a couple so put it on maps when your there)
- Rene's croissants (just off dam square)
- steakhouse & pizzeria just off dam square
- any of the places that make crepes!!!! (normally loads of sweets and chocolatey waffles etc in the window)
- Walk along the red light district in the evening for the experience (if your offended easily maybe not)

Ahh it killed me when you paid so much for taxi's!! If you ever go again the train station is right underneath the airport and the trams are every 4 minutes all over the city, a day pass was something like 5 euros saves so much time and money! xxx

You can get the bus from the airport to the city centre for like €5 and the train is a little more expensive than that. Taxis sometimes try rip you off it’s ridiculous!xx

This vlog is great! I’ve been to Amsterdam 7 times now and this is so helpful. Those ferries are free, I also made the mistake of getting on the wrong one which takes you down to the boat hotel 🙈😂 makes me so jealous this place is amazing!!

Taxis are so expensive there! You should always get the tram/bus around Amsterdam. We went this year and had the same experience🤔

Same thing happened to me I was on my own in Rome and I asked the guy how much the taxi would be for the 5 minute journey to my hotel and he said €25 ...it was like 8:30pm so I was like yeah okay cool. He dropped me off and charged me €40!!! Ridiculous for 5 minutes
