    Boneless Mutton Handi
    Ingredients for Tomato Puree:
    Tomatoes 1 cup
    Green chilies 3-4
    Ingredients for Boneless Mutton Handi:
    Oil 1/2 cup
    Onion 1 cup
    Mutton boneless 750 g
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Tomato puree 1/2 cup
    Red chili powder 1 ½ tbsp.
    Turmeric powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp / to taste
    Water 1 ½ cup
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Paprika powder 1 tbsp
    Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
    Cream 1/4 cup
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Ginger (julienne) for garnishing
    Green coriander (chopped) for garnishing
    Directions for Tomato Puree Preparation:
    1. In a blender add tomatoes, green chilies and blend into smooth puree. Set aside.
    Directions for Boneless Mutton Handi Preparation:
    2. In a pot heat oil and add onion, cook until translucent.
    3. Add mutton and cook until color changes. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    4. Now add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika powder and cook for 5 minutes.
    5. Now add water and cover and cook until meat is fully done.
    6. Add yogurt and cook until oil separates. Lastly add garam masala powder, cream and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    7. Your Boneless Mutton Handi is ready. Garnish with ginger and coriander. Serve with Naan and enjoy.

    Cooking time: 1 hour
