It is difficult to review BT connectivity because so many factors affect it. If your motherboard has BT but no external antennas, use a dongle. Plug it in with a USB extension and place it high where it can get a clear view of the room. BT works best if it has line-of-sight with few obstructions. Sometimes you can get dongles with large antennas for better range and signal strength. Also, the quality of the dongle you're getting is important too.
Thank you. I have my antennas on top of my desktop. Also, my Bluetooth is a part of my motherboard. I also tested this on my gaming laptop, and my friends gaming pc and still was having connection issue. I look for drivers on the website and I see that BIGBIGWON has not release any new drivers. I honestly think that BIGBIG WON cheap out on the wireless connectivity for this controller. I even hook this controller up to the BIGBIG WON universal dongle and was still having issue with the wireless connection.
@@TheZorch Yeah, but I used other BIGBIG WON product and didn't have this issue. Heck one of my best video reviews was on the armor x pro and that product did not have wireless connection issue.
@@NappySenshi Well, not all BT transceivers are created equal. To save costs, they likely went with a cheaper chip and antenna for this model. Based on this controller's features, this is likely what happened.
I understand that happen to me with a razor wolverine controller and I returned it and bought another product. I will say that I own two of these controllers and neither one had stick drift issue.

@@NappySenshi Yeah, that controller having a weak BT transceiver is a very good possibility. The brand name alone screams Chinesium.
