Even thought we have our Health authority to safeguard fresh materials for making foods, many don't know imported flavourings and other chemicals are such as seasonings, sweeteners, beverage thickeners, anti-aging preservatives etc.. are not individually checked. Let's hope these Chinese F&B outlets do not import any flavourings, seasonings, chemicals from their homeland for making food here as they have no strict laws and/or weak enforcement governing their ingredients manufacturing processes and exports
All China chinese contain .....uncertain of health concern that unacceptable where they handing foods hygiene, making that no monitoring records of where foods standard met.🙄🤨😖😡😡

我是土生土长的新加坡人，我喜欢去中国人开的餐馆吃饭，先不讲菜的味道如何，服务员的态度就令人舒服。
早时期的鼎泰丰有好些来自台湾的服务员，她们的服务让人赞赏，这也逼着本地餐馆提升服务水平。
十多年前去过本土的红星酒家，比我迟来四十五分钟的隔壁桌所点的菜已上齐，我点的菜还差二道，其中一道跟那桌的一样。真的吃到一肚子火，从此不再光顾。
在中国的餐馆对服务员有严格的训练，而她们也会尽服务员的本份。
几年前在唐城坊二楼的一间福建菜馆(已倒闭)吃饭，当点某道菜时可以用优惠价点某些菜。那位帶马国口音的服务员怎么说，“我告诉你哦，点了这个菜可以用便宜价钱点另一个菜，我跟你们讲先，不然你们点了其他的菜就不好了”真的令我大开眼界。
说中餐重口味的 先问问自己为什么要点这道菜 为什么不点清淡的菜？中餐8大菜系 上万道菜 你一句话太油腻 太咸就概括了？
中国人开的饮食店不敢光顾，怕食物中毒😂😂😂
