I made a quilt with a large UK logo and outlined a template I made with a frixion pen and ironed away or so I thought. I would love to see it today lol after watching this video. Oh well live an learn.

I’ve have used and love the blue water soluble marker. Then I purchased the yellow powder chalk, used it on white fabric (Michael Miller, a shiny fabric) well the yellow won’t come out. I even used OxiClean made a paste and used a toothbrush still there. Lesson learnt 😩. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on markers.

Very interesting - I've wondered what you used for marking.
Now for my silly question, looking up the Aqua Doodle Pen, they are all in sets to go with a mat, so kids won't get paint on themselves. I think I'm looking at the wrong thing. I like the idea of being able to just go over the area I've marked rather than spraying. Help please!
I didn't like the pencils, maybe I'll hide them in my husband's workshop and he'll wonder when he bought them. The first Clover marker that came up is a white one for dark fabrics, water or heat removal, I'm going to try it.
I've been using the Leonis water soluble blue pens, have liked them and the caps are sturdy!
Thank you for another wonderful video!!

I put my quilt in the washer and drier after ironing out the frixion pen marks I used when topstitching. I then put it in the freezer for a couple hour to see if the lines came back, the lines were gone.

Hi Lauren, what do you like to use on dark/black fabric?

Another thing to keep in mind: DO NOT IRON OVER YOUR MARKINGS! The heat may set the marking color.

Hi there - thanks for reaching out. Washable graphite refers to a water soluble graphite pencil.
