I did follow this even thought I don't hear hindu language and it finally worked. I can now access other apps from playstore. I was starting to get frustrated by the TCL tv. 😊 I thought it would never work.

My TCL Android TV model 50p8m uhd 4k has stuck and can't press any key in remote. The screen gives options to - Try Again and- Factory data reset, but do not know how to select one of this option and continue without a keyboard or remote connected to the TV.i have tried usb keyboard, mouse, Tv has only one power button, not any vol-/vol+. SoI think TCL has forgot to put remote control system during android recovery mode. This is so frustrating. If anybody can help?
I suggest not to buy TCL P8M uhd 4k model because if we accidently stuck in android recovery mode, then we could'nt press the remote and power button on the tv. This TV has only one button- power button. And there is possibility to be stuck in android recovery mode frequently.

@@usmanaslam9368Till now there is no other option to this problem from home. I had contacted to tcl service center and they replaced my board with new one.
The power button is multi purpose button. Hold it for a while and it will show you all volume, channel change and other setting buttons on screen. But am not sure will it work in recovery mode or not. The easy way is to call TCL service center, they will guide you on telephone.
محی الدین بھائی۔ میں نے بھی یہی ٹی وی لیا ہے، میں نے ریسیور کنکٹ کیا ہے، اکثر اوقات جب ٹی وی اور ریسیور دونوں آن ہوتے ہیں تو کبھی کبھی ٹی وی سکرین کے اوپر ہاریزنٹل ایک ٹرانسپیرنٹ سبز رنگ کی پٹی سی آجاتی جس میں جو چینل چل رہا ہوتا ہے اُس کی چھوٹی چھوٹی سی سکرینز ہلکی ہلکی نطر اآتی ہیں ایسا لگتا ہے جیسے سکرین خراب ہوگئی ہو لیکن جب میں ہوم بٹن پر کلک کرتا ہوں اور سمارٹ ٹی وی کی طرف جاتا ہوں تو سکرین بالکل ٹھیک ہوتی ہے۔ کیا آپ کو یہ مسئلہ مل رہا ہے کہ نہیں؟ سیلزمین کہہ رہا ہے کہ یہ ریسیور کے سگنلز کی فریکوینسی کا ایشو ہے
