      Good question! We sent ours sauce to a lab to determine that.

    Thanks for the tips. Would have loved to see a close up of the bubbles and how it looks when you do it too close with the heat gun. I leaned into to my 65”screen and didn’t see nothing 😂😂😂😂

    Hello.....What size bottles are you using? Are you water bath canning them if not what is the shelf life? THANS

      5oz woozy bottles for our hot sauce. I check to make sure the PH level is around 3.5 or less .. this will give you about 1.5 years shelf stability if you sanitize and make sure everything is clean

    On average, when you make a one gallon hot sauce brine, is it fair to say you can count in being able to bottle 24, 5 oz. bottles? Just trying to figure out how many to order and I was calculating 128 oz. In a gal divided by 5 oz. bottle and needing up with 25-26 bottle.

      that is very close .. you will have some loss of fluids though. i would count on about 21 per..

    Does the shrink wrap have any purpose other then packaging and looks?

    What dimensions do you order the labels at? would 3inch height 4 inch width work? or smaller?

      3x4 works great.. depends on how much you want to put on the label itself and still be readable. Our labels are 3 x 5... fyi

    This is practically useless when doing volume, there’s no time to turn bottles upside down and use one finger lol. If you get good enough and find a flow
