Yhh! I had the same thing happen to a friend of mine. It's crazy! I would say to keep trying and even tweet them. Also, if they try to say they will give you vouchers, do not accept. Ask for hard cash. Stay consistent and you should be able to get your money back :-)

Their customer is not great at all. And its sad how they treat their customers. I would say to contact a higher authority or to tweet them.
I've travelled with air morco twice find them rearly fine ,never had problem with baggage booked again for June "fingers crossed"
