First Camp Of 24 | Wildcamp, Wildcamping & Camping | Mourne Mountains

- Saturday evening seen Stephen and myself set off on our first camp of the season. After what has seemed liked a years worth of rain the past few months we hit lucky with the weather, a sunny evening with clear skies at night and gently breeze, PERFECT.

Geoff, that is a palace alright with loads of space👍 Lovely wee spot along the Rocky Water and cool to be out wild camping again. A cup of tea is definitely the biggest buzz of them all☕ Cool that all those young people are having the opportunity to wild camp, even though that was quite a few visitors to have beside you and it obviously made it challenging to film😊 A lovely sunset☀ and a cool beer tent. Hi Gerry. The tent is a cracker but I wouldn’t be doing “Gerry” miles carrying it 😂 , comes in at 3kg but it does serve a purpose. Don’t get me wrong I was taking back a bit when the young lads turned up but they are out doing what we love as well and there was no hassle out of them. Yes Stephen loves that sort of photography, he does spend a lot of time doing it. It’s hard to beat a warm cuppa on a Saturday evening. We are glad we done Hen mountain in the morning, not the biggest mountain but it definitely packs a punch. Cheers for watching 👍

Hi, yea it took us by shock at the start but they where young kids and it’s good to see them out, no hassle and cleaned up after themselves. Still great to be outdoors. Thank you for watching 👍
H Geoff, A nice spot to pitch out of the wind. That is a palace of a tent you have. Great to have that room for chilling out in. Lovely sunrise, as you say that's what its all about. All the best 👍
A great spot Andrew, there was a few more spots up the river as well. The tent is a cracker to be fair. It was a bit of a slog up hen mountain for the sunrise but great all the same 👍
This was a belta.....pity about the 24 other kids like but cracking attitude towards it from u both. Awesome to be able to get up the hill for sunrise too. Tent looks mint !!!! Editing was class on this one too mate loved it. ATB Simon

Great video looks like a enjoyable camp great views all round. Love them pics with the stars and tent lit up that tent looks class plenty of room. It's good to see people taking the younger one out camping and hiking definitely better than sitting in doors playing video games all weekend.
A great night Adrian, I’m loving the tent at the moment the only downside is the weight. That’s what I thought mate, there was a good squad of them. The photos turned out really well. Cheers for watching 👍
