Cattle are looking good. Hopefully, the worst part of winter is behind us in SW MO. Keep up the good work.

great vid again, due to missouri cow-calf/dairy operations being grass/grazing based do the majority of herds block calve in spring or autumn? Here in ireland the majority of dairy herds would be spring block calving, all cows are calved over a block period of 12 weeks in spring, (usually febuary to april) milk is then produced of grazed grass and most herds are dried up as a whole around november, beutifal cattle btw, keep it up👍

How did you like your new meat grinder. The reviews where mixed. I'm thinking of going with the 32. I'm going to get the same sausage stuffer.

Do you ever separate calves that are born there instead of buying extra bottle calves? Seems like a good way to save money to birth your own bottle calves.
And do you ever sell the young calves or do you raise them up first. Not really sure what the market is in the US for the young ones, I know in places like Australia and New Zealand the young ones get sent to meat all the time, just not sure what the market is here at home.

It is cheaper to let the cows raise there young, taking the calf away would also slow growth.
