What type of blue is the flower and other other ladies heart? haven't managed to find it. I have light blue and dark blue but not seen that blue. what exact color is it when I am ordering? thanks
When you twist balloons, you're there to make money. Now I hate to be so harsh, but that's the bottom line. Especially if you do this full time and pay the rent. Balloon cost money, and you don't want to waste balloons. So why make so many balloons for display? I make the Road Runner using 6 balloons before i twist. It looks very nice. It 's big, but not too big. And when I go to twist a figure, I let the parents or another person hold it. Sometimes I make a 3 flower bouque also for display. Now I'm not a bad guy. I talk nice to everyone, and the figures I make are very impressive. How about a parrot that sits on your shoulder with just one balloon? Simple, but impressive. Two lovebirds on a heart is also simple, but impressive. Well you have to know how to make the 2 birds with one balloon though. Or what about a 6 peddle flower using 3 balloons? Also impressive! With 4 balloons, I make what I call a genaric cartoon duck. this one takes a little time. Balloon twisting is an art, be an artist, don't give them junk. You're also there to entertain. When people know a balloon artist is going to be somewhere , they might make a special trip. Or we didn't expect a balloon twister to be there, but we were very impressed, and we watched him/her make balloons for others as well, very talented. It made our kids' day.......and ours too! That's what a balloon artist is supposed to be.

Now this guy is better. But a good balloon artist needs two things: to make good balloons that are impressive, and to connect with the people. Not just twist balloons a mile a minute. Depending on the situation, talk with the people...etc.
