Suisei doesn't usually do many collabs because she is always too busy, probably the easiest way to be in a collab with her is to do a group collab and invite Miko too, usually in these collabs she shows up even if she arrives late, they are Business partners but they never let go of each other.
Come to think of it, Suisei usually only initiates a collab when she's forcing people to eat yakiniku, randomly breaking into their house during a stream, or pressuring Aqua.
