Thank you. I am a patient and just had an ABI yesterday. I clearly heard a biphasic waveform in the ankles as compared with a definite triphasic waveform in the arms. I also have numerous symptoms, including lower leg hair loss, claudication, cramps at night, toes occasionally turn blue. The doctor said no PAD, however. I'm a little confused; I thought biphasic means light to moderate PAD?
