Rockman: Blues Project 「FC/NES」

Proto Man, or also called 洛克人 1 布鲁斯 计划 (Rockman 1: Blues Project) is a hack from the Japanese version of Mega Man, released in 2018 on the Rockman Lab forum (Chinese forum known for Mega Man ZX Prequel projects, Mega Man Zero 5 , and others).
This game, in addition to having sprites and color palette changes, features level design changes at all stages.
