No kidding. It seems to focus mainly on the adult actors rather than the kids. Random clips thrown together by someone who can't edit or narrate. In this case it might actually have benefitted from an AI voice. Sorry to hear Doughnut has since passed, but who didn't see that coming?
You see what they do they did the same with a few out of grease the film it's a stupid computer she 63 and lives happily not in a hospital bed this really makes me angry
Wow, where do I start with all the things are wrong with this? An extremely poor copycat version of another similar channel. They use the same background music as the other channel. The voice doing the narration is crap. They get the ages of the actors wrong; they can’t do basic maths. A few of the actors were 17 at the time, but it says they have different ages to each other today. WTF? Badly edited together as well. Apparently we were all very deeply saddened for every single one who has passed! 😆 Very odd and unprofessional.
As a child of the 70's who watched Double Deckers I'm deeply saddened to have skimmed through this Click Bait 'Tribute' with it's preposterous narration full of inaccuracies in order someone who knows nothing about the programme makes a few Quid.
@@MichaelCampin The BBC television serial, not the film. Jenny Agutter played Roberta, Gillian Bailey was Phyllis. Perks was brilliantly played by Gordon Gostelow.
Awful commentary. Really repetitive. Nice to see the clips but the "later" ones don't show them talking about their characters and are really badly edited. A shame.
Some found further fame and others didn't - even those that did stayed at British - level, except maybe Peter Firth (Spooks) and Brinsley Forde whose biggest claim to fame now is as a member of the band Aswad. Nice trip down memory lane - RIP to those who have passed, thanks for uploading.
Peter Firth played the political officer Ivan Putin in the movie Hunt for Red October. Do you remember the look on his face when Sean Connery told him, "Where I'm going, you can not follow " ?

This video leaves me deeply saddened because it's so bloody bad especially the narration..

The voice really stinks
But what happened to Tiger, who played Tiger? I used to love the Double Deckers, happy Saturday mornings.
My mother played tiger, now reads the new for bbc the photo in this video is not her….

Whats with the VoiceOver?
Here come the Thumbnail Fakers. I finished the video feeling deeply maddened.
i was 9 when i watched this how time has flown
0:35 "Now living happily at the age of 69." And the video says 79.
And how do they know he's happy? Might be as miserable as sin.
It shows "On the buses."
They can use their pass to get on that bus now!
Peter Firth is still going strong as an actor, his last film role was as Pontius Pilate in Risen eight years ago.
How big is this chair that me and my family are suppossed to sit on? Theres a lot of us.
Every video you put out features a thumbnail more ridiculous and outrageous than the last...
Were is sticks
Ohh... Tiger has a new head with different eye colour 🤦
This is sooo wrong man !!!
The subject matter was a good idea but the video itself is atrocious. Virtually unwatchable. And as for that voice....
"we regret to inform you that Charles Dickens passed away in 1870. leaving us deeply saddened." it's just so raw and recent.
Too soon?
The narrator of this is so terrible, leaving me deeply saddened!
"... passed away ... leaving us deeply saddened." "The actors have aged horribly!" And the usual photos of completely different people....😆😆😆

Michael Audreson AKA "Brains" could have nicely played the part of "Joe 90" if a movie played by real actors had been made of that.
