The director of this film is the real hero. He hasn't kept anything unnecessary in the film, without the first part you can't understand the second part. Some of the part if you think it is uncessary like disha patanai role, is consiously kept for the second part of the film.

I am a student of Sanskrit Hons, Hindu College Delhi..and after reading your post I felt obliged to write this.
Sir you are always very respectable and honorable to me , but I wanted to bring in light few facts which you may be unaware of.
In our history of Sanskrit Literature , kavyas have been an integral part..They are mainly of two types drishya and shravya...Drishya meant what is seen and was written for dramtization on stages..of which the modern example are movies..and these drishya kavya are mainly of three types...
[1] Akhyan..meaning a historical retelling of a major event that took place in Puranas or elsewhere in Indian History
[2]Utpadya...It means writing dramas that purely based on poet's imagination...utpadya kavikalmpitam
And finally the third..
[3] Mishrit...It means where there is facts as well as a tinge of poet's imagination.
Abhigyanshakuntalam written by the Indian Gem Kalidas is its example.Shakuntala akhyana finds a mention in Mahabharata but in such details that Kalidasa mentions it , describes love , gandharva vivah (love marriage ) and pregnancy before marriage...all may not be factually correct but it was the poet's liberty of imagination that gave it such form and It's a celebrated text in World Literature till date..a text "Panchratri " The conflict of mahabharata never happened and Lord Krishna managed to find a solution and strike a treaty in 5 days...These texts may not be factual but still widely enjoyed by us Indians who always want to hear more and more about such events.
So it is humble request to leave your such praochial views that Tampering of Mahabharata was done..No...The movie in its disclaimer mentions that it is inspired and not a historic retelling..You should consider how much gravity your office holds as being an influencer and saying such things as forming commission and asserting control is not a good exercise.
No vulgarity of any kind was represented in the film and it already passed the censor board consenus..so we Indians should not be so narrow and let creativity flow and once again create an atmospher that we get another Kalidasa or othe Banbhatta rather than censoring one or the other thing.

Lkein Kalki Movie mein Aswatthama stopping flying saucer aur bina matlab ka HEROPANTI yeh sab movie ko kaafi B-Grade type bana deti hai. Wahi ek Hero sab pe bhari. Isse Kam kharche mein SHAKTIMAN ban jata aur 800-900 ka profit kamata.
