Artisan Blue is a great unique fragrance, I get soapy vibes from it. To overcome the performance issues I double spray each application point, waiting a few minutes between each application. This seems to work for me with all underperforming fragrances.
I recently bought John Varvatos Artesian Blue from Marshalls. I also bought Viktor & Rolf Spice Bomb from Marshalls too. Other high end fragrances I've found in rack stores are Dolce & Gabana The One, Ralph Lauren Polo Blue/Black and English Laundry colognes.

I've had some good finds recently. I found drakkar noire gift set marked down to $21 at Burlington, Richmond TX in 2021. I found Missoni wave 50ml for $18 at Burlington, Midland, TX in 2022. That's the best I've fatten so far.
I'm really glad you mentioned the D&G Love is Love, I really liked the OG version a lot, just didn't perform as well as I liked but it was awesome. I was recently about to order the Light Blue Intense because I heard it's truly a more intense version of the same scents (like it should be, no doy, instead of a whole new cologne), but you talked me into this one and it's a really great price on Fragnet right now, I guess because it's seasonal. Hope it's as good if not better as the original.. Thank you sir, stay fresh

Perry Ellis 360 Black is a copy of Dolce & Gabbana The One EDP and 360 White smells almost identical to JPG Le Male. Both are excellent, but I'm definitely with you on the 360 Black. It's a 10/10 👍
Also found my bottle of Bergamot at Marshall’s and then weeks later foundCommodity Vetiver there as well. I actually like it more than Guerlain Vetiver.

I sold my JV blue. I didn't like it after buying it. JV artisian and John Varvatos Artisian artisian pure is more of my favorites from this house. Also that new silver bottle is a distinct smell.
I've never found anything worth buying at any of the rack stores around me. Then again I've been at this a while and I'm over the cheapie stage of my collecting.
Love and luck is an OG good summer classic but synthetic smell..shit..that's what make a beauty of it if you ask me... And artisan blue is one of my new favorite cheapie man...that shot smells expensive and get you a whole lot of compliments
I've always found way better stuff at Burlington but I think these rack stores get stock from nearby stores which for me would be guess, banana Republic, Azzaro. I've seen videos with people seeing niche and high end designers at Ross or TJ Maxx and I'm just like WTF
