and also , if you looks closly at the level req at the new dagger it said 58, so the game had comferned they will raise the level to 60?

I think so, it would make sense to raise the max level to 60 for more quests in badlands

so crused bound meaning you can use it only in badlands? and nice lv 60 cap also i cant find any updated paladin guides anyone know one? ive seen 30 dex rest int max smite 1 prayer, max conserate and rest in rebuke get a forg axe for smite spam and sea beast armor or avnuel armor and boots which i think look cooler so i'll prob get that with the forg axe ?

Cursed bound simply means if you die or leave, the item drops but if you get to the safe zone it will no longer be cursed bound and you can keep the item

wait if we die at the badland is it our equipment gonna drop or the loot in the map's will drop ?

Only the map loot will drop but if you run back to the safe zone, the item will no longer be cursed bound meaning that it won't drop when you die
