Parking right next to ancestors happened to me and my mom so many times. So rule of thumb we had developed was search around the vehicle first then fan out lol.
I went to the cemetery in Bowmanville, Ontario to search for my aunt and uncle only to find out that they and 3 of their children are buried there but none have tombstones. I went to the city hall and they confirmed that they were definitely buried there and they had a worker at cemetery to show me where they were and there wasn’t a tombstone or marker to be found. I have never ran into this before!
