That's absolutely right. I had a lot of extensions in the past but now I can count in one hand's fingers. Had some trouble related my VSCode one day that was crashing the whole GNOME. After some investigation, found out the culprit was some random extension I had installed and wasn't using much. Kept only the more trustworthy of all and uninstalled the rest.
Not all extensions are bad. Give them a go once again, maybe you'll like them. However, don't install too much of them😅. I'd say just install blur my shell

I FIXED THE DARK MODE PROBLEM. I deleted all the backgrounds and fonts I downloaded from this video, but I think what really fixed the problem was deleting all the Orchis files in the ".themes" folder that were installed by this tutorial. I am not sure which of these things really solved the problem because I did them all at the same time. Sorry for my English, I'm from Brazil and I used a Translator to make this text.

@@jacksonsantos7 Se não me engano é a Just Perfection que tem uma opção de mudar o lugar do relógio e pode causar alguns problemas, principalmente se usar a dash to panel junto. Tente tirar a Just Perfection para ver se resolve

todo perfecto pero hay un problema con el tema de firefox , y es que si tienes muchas pestanas abiertas y tambien tienes extensiones estas chocan y las pestanas flotan dando un aspecto feo ademas y el problema principal del tema de firefox es que el simbolo + para agregar una nueva pestana esta bloqueada o simplemente no funciona

Try disabling regular ubuntu dock if you're using dock to dash.
