Its tough being a POC gay person in certain parts of the US, but I hope things get better for you. Always remember where you come from but don’t let it hold you back either.
Me hace tan feliz para encontrar otro queer boricua en youtube!!! Muchas bendiciones con su viaje como un creador y amor en su vida!! - Boricua en la diaspora que se relaciona con su historia
North Carolina tends to be very southern in culture! There are definitely gay people there (like everywhere!) but I think because of it's conservative southern culture it probably ain't the most accepting of places! However, just few hours away is "Atlanta" a huge city with a LARGE gay community and Hispanic community as well!!!...I'm sure that among the crowd one would run into some gay boricua too!
Im identify with you in the sense that if you dont like reguetton being rise in Boriquen you are an outcast. Im a metalhead, oh boy I worship the devil, at least my grand ma think so. Fortunately, the community was growing at least 10 years ago when I leave the island, I dont have idea what is going on now. As a female living in the island is, at least to me, horrible. The preasurre to look feminine, have big nalgas, get married and have babies cause me anxiety, then take care of your parents when they get older. I knew fro early age that I dont what that.
You talk like LGBT+ people couldn't form families. We have a bunch of gay dads and lesbian moms there who are really amazing and loving. And you also have the found families, where queer people could have a supportive group full of love and light. Don't say everyone needs to be the traditional bullsh!t to be really happy and have a healthy home to grow and live the best life we could live.
All the best on your journey. Continue to speak your truth.

Even being Brazilian, i could say my experience is really close as yours.

Beautiful video 🇵🇷
Can relate a lot to this video despite being from the mainland, hearing that I wasn't alone is very comforting. Thank you for making this video. 🇵🇷
The clips and gags you used were hilarious

Parts of NC like Asheville of are hyper-"woke". So, I wouldn't generalize NC.
I hear you I was Annalise Keating and I live in North Carolina, is not the place to be

The funny part is seeing gay white Americans saying that Puerto Rico is gay-friendly.

I don't understand why any Americans would move much less go there.
Pretty clear and accurate.

Life is better with a family. Gay = lust. Family = love. Until you figure that out you haven’t truly felt what it is to be alive.
I’m sure your children will turn out fine
U are cute
Tell that to all the divorced people out there…I bet they know how it feels to be alive when that legal bill comes.
